Our Mission

Our team of investment experts seek out profitable and growing businesses which offer great value for investors without the risk levels of start-ups. They undertake thorough due diligence, delving into every detail of the business.

To become part of our portfolio, a company must have a proven business model, an experienced management team and annual revenues of £5m-£30m. Not yet large enough to attract traditional private equity funds or strategic buyers, these transformer companies are ready to embark on the journey to get there. They just need patient capital and some help to professionalise.

Meet the Team

  • Ivan McKeever

    Chairman & Managing Partner

    Ivan is the Chairman of Unbound Capital. He is fundamental to the businesses that Unbound Capital choose to invest in.

    Ivan has previously ran a £300m FTSE-listed PLC in the North West of England. He then went on to run and successfully exit Private Equity backed businesses, and has since transitioned to purchasing his own SMEs across the UK. He is now continuing to do the same under the Unbound Capital umbrella.

  • Harry Cowan

    Operating Equity Partner

    Harry is an Operating Equity Partner at Unbound Capital. He is focused on finding businesses to purchase in the water treatment sector.

    Harry has experience as the CEO for an AIM-listed company and more recently acting as the CEO for a investor-backed business.

  • Tony Stockham

    Operating Equity Partner

    Tony is an Operating Equity Partner at Unbound Capital. He is focused on finding businesses to purchase in the technology sector.

    Tony has experience in scaling recurring revenue tech platforms from MVP to a fully formed product. Tony led the growth of two tech platforms to c.£3m ARR in the healthcare and insurance sector respectively.

  • Ajay Lakhwani

    Operating Equity Partner

    Ajay is an Operating Equity Partner at Unbound Capital. He is focused on finding businesses to purchase in the consumer sector.

    Ajay has launched multiple new businesses and scaled them to be a key part of the core CVP for companies such as Deliveroo, Amazon, and Zapp.
