What is an Entrepreneur Through Acquisition?
An ETA (Entrepreneur Through Acquisition) is a talented leader who has sat as the CEO of a PLC, PE backed or Private Investor backed business. This individual is seeking fair value for their effort through substantial equity.
ETA’s partner with Unbound Capital to find well established SMEs to purchase. Their journey will be to search for strong, traditional businesses - that the ETA believes, has untapped potential.
Once an acquisition is found, our team will help execute the transaction and most importantly provide the capital for purchase.
The ETA will then sit as the CEO of the business and undertake the growth journey to an eventual exit and liquidity event for all shareholders.

Ivan is the Chairman of Unbound Capital. He is fundamental to the businesses that Unbound Capital choose to invest in.
Ivan has previously ran a £300m FTSE-listed PLC in the North West of England. He then went on to run and successfully exit Private Equity backed businesses, and has since transitioned to purchasing his own SMEs across the UK. He is now continuing to do the same under the Unbound Capital umbrella.

Tony has experience in scaling recurring revenue tech platforms from MVP to a fully formed product. Tony led the growth of two tech platforms to c.£3m ARR in the healthcare and insurance sector respectively.
